We have started the countdown and there is just 1 week until the Winter Concerts on Tuesday, December 20th!

• AM Concert        9:15 am for Preschool to Grade 3
• PM Concert        1:45 pm for Grades 4-8

Preschool – Grade 3 Concert     9:15 am     Tuesday, December 20th

On the morning of the concert parents of Preschool, JK & SK children will drop their children off directly at the hall at 9:00 am. (There will be no before school care for Preschool, JK & SK children that day.)

Grade 1 – 3 children will arrive at school at 8:20 am as usual. They will walk up with their teachers to the concert.

The JK to Grade 3 classes will walk back to school with their teachers following the concert.

Preschool parents should drive their children to the school following the concert.

Grade 4 – 8 Concert     1:45 pm     Tuesday, December 20th

On the afternoon of the concert, the children in Grades 4 – 8 classes will walk up to the concert from school.

When the concert is finished parents may take their child home directly from the concert. Please sign-out with your child’s teacher.

Children who do not go home with their parents following the concert will walk back to school with their teachers. The after-school program will run as usual.

Concert Dress:

Please wear “dressy casual” (clothing with obvious large graphic logos is not suggested).

For the morning concert, there is no specific clothing required.

For the afternoon concert, some students will have specific “costumes” to wear. If not otherwise specified, students should come in dressy casual with “winter dress” items (toque, scarf, mittens, etc.)

Tickets:

2 tickets will be sent home with each family for the performance that their children are in.

Families that indicated they would need only 1 ticket will be sent home with 1.

Requests may be made at the office for additional tickets; however, we are not certain if we will be able to accommodate everyone’s request.

Tickets will be sent home with your child on Friday this week.
