A healthy lifestyle is a critical part of student development. Fern Hill School’s regular gym program is enhanced by several additional activities, often “off-site” offered through the Friday Extended Gym program. These activities include visits to the Ottawa Athletic Club, Zumba, gymnastics, clip and climb, trampoline and parkour lessons, ice skating, and cross-country skiing. Students also develop team spirit through participation in a variety of tournaments where they proudly embrace their title as Fern Hill Hawks at soccer games, cross-country races, and volleyball tournaments.
